Agreement & terms

1. Serbia Nama is software provided by Nama Numera AB as is. Luka supports document review; it is not legal advice or a certification.
2. No result, accuracy, regulatory compliance, permit approval, savings or uninterrupted availability is promised. Check sources and obtain qualified review before relying on an analysis.
3. The 60-second preview is solely for evaluation, with no promises or guarantees whatsoever. It provides no promise of saved work, continued access or a completed analysis.
4. You must have permission to upload your documents, protect your account and use the service lawfully. Your documents remain yours.
5. Access and purchases apply only to this country. Registration does not create a paid subscription. Checkout states the price, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms; a project pass does not renew.
6. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer, cancellation and data protection rights remain unaffected.

Privacy

We process your account details, documents, access and payment references, and acceptance records to provide the service, secure accounts and manage billing. Supabase, Vercel and Stripe support these services. Records are kept while needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. Contact the provider for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests; you may also complain to your data protection authority. Essential cookies maintain login, country choice, preview timing and registration acceptance. Accepting the terms is not consent to marketing.
